These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Extrowurts app ("Service" or "App"), operated by Extrowurts ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

The Extrowurts app allows users to create, host, and join parties or events at a designated location with other users. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your location and agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written consent from Extrowurts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extrowurts and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The total liability of Extrowurts for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for the use of the Service during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extrowurts, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately end, and you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in Madhya Pradesh, India, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
